Not quite a fit?

We will accept returns on any non-customized product up to 30 days after receipt of purchase. Product must be unopened and untampered with, in original packaging, fur free, without damage to item. Please return any undesired items, along with the original invoice, to the following address:

Alternatively, you may contact us at houseoffurbaby@live.com for a preposted return label. $3.50 will be deducted for restocking and processing costs if requesting a prepaid return label

Customized and personalized items:
Have an issue with size on your item? Presonalized tees and collars are eligible for a one time replacement of a new size for $8 plus shipping, including all tees and collars, with no need to return the item that does not fit. ID tags are not returnable unless there is a defect to the item.

All returns will receive refund via original method of payment, less shipping fees. Shipping fees of returned items are the responsibility of purchaser. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7-10 days of receipt back of the item.
