- 1 cup oat flour (or blended rolled oats)
- Β½ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free!)
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- ΒΌ cup spinach, finely blended (natural green color!)
- 1 egg

- Preheat oven to 350Β°F
- Blend spinach with a splash of water until smooth
- In a bowl, mix banana, peanut butter, egg, and spinach puree
