🛒 Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour (or blended rolled oats)
- ½ cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free!)
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- ¼ cup spinach, finely blended (natural green color!)
- 1 egg
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Blend spinach with a splash of water until smooth
- In a bowl, mix banana, peanut butter, egg, and spinach puree
- Stir in oat flour until a soft dough forms
- Roll dough to about ¼” thick
- Cut into shamrocks, bones, or hearts ☘️
- Bake for 15–18 minutes
